You may take a nap or sit back to relax for a while. If you have sleeping disorders then you must consult a doctor. Exercises cannot be done if you are not hale and hearty. 

3. The focus has to be maintained on the goals that you have set now and if there were any failures in the past they are to be forgotten. Such feelings of trouble. You must be happy with the things and opportunities that you have now. Simply carry on with what you have set your goal for.
